We have booked tickets on several dates via Travolook site. The payment got deducted still the tickets was cancelled from airlines (as said by Travolook Call Center) and the payment was not refunded back.
We have written escalation mails to Travolook Call Center but there is still no response from the team
Rs. 12266 has been blocked by Travolook and till date there is no response from the management
