Hi Team,
This is just ridiculous that 4th time I got wrong product.
I ordered a bike blazer semi automatic cover which comes in a plastic container and it is fixed directly to the bike. But every time I get a normal body cover. My first order was OD119570940516650000 which I ordered on 31st August and I was supposed to get the product on 4th September but when I checked the product was not shipped. Then I called on 4th Sep, flipkart said some logistics issue and they would deliver it by 7th sep and again on 7th when I called they said it would get delivered on 10th and without informing me they cancelled it on 11th and processed refund saying seller had cancelled my order.
Then on 11th I ordered again under order ID OD119666035576663000 and I was supposed to get the product on 13th sep but again they said shipment issue and delivered a wrong product on 15th September. I ordered a bike blazer cover which comes in a plastic container and fixed directly to the bike. But everytime I got a normal body cover. I have put for replacement and again it was not delivered till 26th saying logistics issue and finally got on 28th with again wrong product which was a normal body cover. Also just to add on the top of the corrier package it was having 2 address one mine and one to Jharkhand but was crossed with pen.
So I got frustrated and then finally cancelled my order for refund.
Now I ordered again from a different number under ID OD219812444136205000 and got the product delivered today 1st Oct and got wrong product again with normal cover.
I request you to please send me the right product which is a bike blazer semi automatic cover and it comes in plastic container and that box is fixed directly to the bike.
Kindly find images as an attachment which shows what I have ordered.
