Sir mene 9 jan ko 14 jan ko payment kiye 4rabet site pr ye site ab deposit k lia mna kr rhi hai ki payment hmare pas nhi phucha bank se refund k lia req kro jbki bank ki mere pas offcian confirmation aa gya h refund nhi diya jayega payment merchant k account me successful hai or 4rabet ko mene kafi bar ye proof bhej diye but wo manne ko ready nhi h or ye site fraud hai or sbke sath ase hi fraud kr rhi hai
