I have a the Rs.444 plan with my service provider Jio. The daily data quota is around 2Gb which resets at 2am every day. As of 18.7.20 my daily data had been found consumed even though I had not used any. On the same day at exactly 7:57 am I had paid rs.21 for the 2gb top up pack which was again found to be “over” within minutes, with my device being inactive. I would like to receive an explanation for this data consumption as I know my devices were inactive during that time frame.
