I am having issue with 4G data service provide by Airtel

its not up to standard as i fell . Its take so much time to upload or open the page or images  i have email but i they give suggestions to use 24*7 help line or Airtel thanks app but in Airtel thanks app I can’t see the option to talk to CCare only i can see only options like inter Issue i try on that then its show technical error . For me its looks like CCare keep hidden from customers

pls if i pay for 4G data so i am expecting that from Airtel not only in your tanks app show all excellent all ok there it’s looking fake to me cause in real I can’t get 4G speed most of time its fell like 2G speed
