I am really really frustrated with youpoeple now. From past 3 says I am not able to access internet at my location( Sector-7 , Gurgaon ) . I ahve tried calling your customer care many times , tgey are not helping at all. Very very rude and uneducated people they are. All my work is pending from last 2 days. I am relly annoyed with this. Why am I paying you people if you are not providing me the services. I am hating airtel so much. I was this long term customer and also had 4 airtel connection in my house.. None of them is able to commect to 4G from past 2 days. If I dont get a solution and a response from you people. I will move on to some other network who care for their customers along with all the four connections that my family have. I need a solution as early as possible. Also C4GSP21111273008 my the reference number of the complaint I lodged today. But your team is not doing anything.. highly upset.. worst customer experience.
