When i turn on my data connection, it becomes 4G to 2G.
I can not call to your any customer care numbers : 198, 121 and other numbers.
My daily internet data goes waste. I cannot use internet.
Your prepaid 1 month recharge : RS- 219
It is much costly for rural village areas.
I recharge my mobile only for internet but not for calling purpose.
You should look into this matter.
I have to go outside to use internet in these pendamic day.
So,
I think you should either resolve these problems or stop making fool to your customer for 4G internet.
