I am using Airtel for some years now with 4G Dongle connectivity. Since last one year I am complaining to Airtel that my network is very unsteady intermittently and I am facing problem specially from evening 7pm till mid night 1am. I reported/mailed that to Airtel almost thrice a week. Airtel customer support not able to resolve the issue, I escalated that to Appllette/Nodal officer they ask to wait and they are working on the issue for last 6months almost. I asked to refund my money as they have not provided commited service to me. But they have not responded on that.
I have planned to move out of Airtel I mailed y’day & requested them for the procedure. Still they responded to resolve my issue (might be not bother to read the mail), then when I highlighted my point till then I have not got any response.
This is second time I am planning to move out of Airtel. I am not sure which service provider can provide a steady network.
