Dear Sir/Mam
The connection has been stablished but ONLY 5G is connecting but 4G devices are NOT CONNECTING.
The service engineer has detected the problem in the MODEM
So if possible , kindly change the MODEM asap.
Kindly also reimburse my days & amount from 10.8.21
