I have purchased an airtel 4G Hotspot by ordering it from airtel’s my app and I got it on March 29, 2019. I have paid ₹2400 as six months advance rental for the plan which was ₹399 per month.
Unfortunately the number is not active till today even after going to airtel store, called them on 121 and 198 also numerous emails on all the email id’s provided by airtel.
