Hi,
I had a 4G hotspot (9172042114) for last 4 years and got damaged in June 2021. Since then I didn’t use this device or number. I already paid bill till July 2021.
then I installed wifi in my home.
I had called call -center and ask him to stop this service and he had confirmed that, he did that.
Suddenly, I got bill in Aug and again I had called call – center and asked the same.
today morning , I got very arrogant call to pay bills.
I asked to email me all the details about my usage but that lady didn’t agree.
I didn’t use that device, and I had requested to stop service, I think I should not pay this bill.
Please do needful.
