Text of Complaint by Harpratap Singh:

Dear,

I have been using airtel mobile number for the past 15 years (same number). Recently, I got it converted to 4G and since I had 75 GB 4G data pending I wanted to use it.

Now, firstly I could not use it because of some plan issue (as said by customer service executive). Then, based on their suggestion I had to upgrade my plan and had to pay more.

Secondly, now I am paying more money and yet I cannot use the remainder of my 4G data.

The records/phone records can be checked that I have approached Airtel to resolve the issue many times but no response. They even cut the calls. They have no clue what the error is if there is any. Also they have no idea when they will be able to start the services. Now they are already charging me for the services for which they are unable to deliver. The customer care representatives seem irresponsible as I have called multiple times but the problem remains unsolved.

The main issue is I am being charged but they are not letting me use the services.
