I am using the Wi-Fi Router Port of the Airtel, Bearing Number +91-9892494200, I am trying to be in your Connect since many Days But Mobiles App is not having this Facility
Lastly I Have visited your Airtel Out let in Ahmedabad, but They have not responded Well
My request was to close the current Connection and to waive the Charges and Penalty which is been applied on this number due to Delay Payments, Payments are Delay due to Pandemic COVID -19 Situation which I think every individual is Facing
Have visited the Branch before week, At time out standing was of 706 Rs, Now Since the Billing cycle is Change the amount has been raised to 1400/-.
You can check the usage , I am not been using this Port since many Days.. So Please Give me the final Settlement amount ( less this Month Rental and Penalty ) SO that I can clear this dues and close this connection
Also I would like to return the Port , for which I have paid 2000/- at time of Purchasing
Pls Do Needful at Earliest
