my claim pending since 24th Feb 21
my kid not enjoyed Tv last 40 days .
Even internet peck and DTH subscriptions also run wich is loss of my money .
in covid time you undrstend how to earn hard mony. like me midleclass men can not afford again new investments as new tv purchase.
last 40 days I talked with many service executive they always say i will esclate to back staff and you will get solution in next 2 business day..
with this very disappointed today i write
No single call came from Jivis
only i call ,same thing always happen
.. i have my job .. i can not affoed my valuble time to explain my problem with every executive. becuse every time new guys and he always Asking how may i help you and same i explain my complete storry i m very frustrating with rubis service provider selected by flipkart.
here i got email and metion as jivis will refund alomst Rs 13900 .aginst unable to providing solutions.

i was purchased this tv By Rs.20000 +
2100AMC= Total value Rs. 22000
Now Jivis team not solved issue they proces Refund deprecated Amount Rs.13900
ok think now im going to market and purchase new tv .so Again i have to spend 24000
mins i pay new 10000n more for TV . just becuse you havent spare for customer.and you have no solutions

Tell me is it purchased AMC to pay Rs.10000 & re investmeny and new purchase??
No its purchase with belif when i m in trouble and if may tv got defect. i willnt worry becuse i have AMC
