Text of Complaint by Samim Mollah:

Sir/ Mam,

I bought a MI 43 inch TV from flipkart on 03/11/2020. This product came with an additional warranty of 2 years from Jeeves consumer services Private Limited, so overall warranty of 3 year (1 year from MI + 2 year from jeeves). Recently i.e., 3rd of Sept ember 2022, I found that there was a problem with my TV( No picture but sound is okay). For this reason I called both Flipkart and jeeves and complained about it on 10th of September 2022 , they said that they’ll send a technician within 2 days in my house, but no one came, for this reason I called them again but the result was same, after so many calls and request finally they send a technician on 24th of September 2022 (ideally it should take 2days from the date of complaint) but the technician was unable to resolve the problem, He said that, “I am sending all the details to our company and within 2/3 days some other technician will came to resolve the issue”. But no one came, When I called jeeves customer service they said that it is under process, it will take another 2 days but again the result was same, no one came, after so many calls and request they sent the same technician on 9th of October 2022 and He said that, ” Your TV will be pick up for service at our warehouse and we won’t be able to resolve the issue at your home” . By saying this he picked up my TV and gave me a hand written form. After one week when I called jeeves they said it is under process and I will get a final update within 2 days but nothing happened. After 2 days when I called them they said we have no new update, I have to wait for 24 hours, with in 24 hours I”ll get the final update but nothing happened again. When I called them again they said that they have no updates about it. It’s been 45 day’s since I complained about and make atleast 100 calls but they are just ignorant about their customers, they are paying no heed to the complain. Customer care representative are also rude in behavior, they dont even value customer’s emotion and patience.

In the mean time I called flipkart about the issue on 25 and 27 th of September 2022, and they said that my problem will be resolved within 14th of October till then I have to wait. As the issue was not resolved within 14 th of October 2022, I called them and after listening everything they disconnected the phone. Same thing was repeated for 4 times.

I am completely fed up by the service provided by them. Generally we pay the amount so that we could get the service when needed. Please do something so that I could get the fair service and save me from this inhumane behavior from these companies.
