Hello sir,

My consumer number of Tata power electricity is 900000966900 every month before lockdown and during lockdown our bill didn’t exceed above 3200 I am retired my wife is a house wife my son is a student and my daughter has online business which she does from phone laptop was hardly used we didn’t charge much laptop we don’t use microwave during summers no water geyser was on we all sit in one room and other room ac is on our tubelights are energy saving one AC only used to be on at night for one or two hours max and 15-20 mins in afternoon many times we have earlier complained Tata power on fluctuations of light many times in evening and night our light fluctuated they told when a person comes for meter reading he will come and do the checking never a person came to do so in starting of lockdown till may end we were in green Zone and Tata power is just near by they didn’t come for reading now this July month they sent us a bill of 10300 directly how do we pay such a big amount rest all months during lockdown we got bill of 3200 which was paid before due date only or they should have not charged and sent us a total bill of 4 months together I have complained they their response is not valid many more customers have been cheated by them many replies I have seen on Twitter everyone is complaning about high bill this is surely a big fraud done by them please help us during lockdown when there is no work how do we pay us high bill
