I purchased new mobile phone on dated 06.09.2021 from amazon , on same date complaint (Found open box and heating problem) to registered in customer care and also registered for return. they give return date 09.09.2021 (Pick up fail due to IMEI no not match) .

these type of issue creating disturbance in mind, and mentally harassment.
