I ordered 4 shirts from BestDealz, But received third class item as torn – old – full damaged 3-Shirts. But the shocking part is it was delivered through Amazon.in. By Seeing Amazon Packing, I Paid By PhonePe, That Was Also To A QR Code As “AMAZOM SELLER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED”. But After Found Defective Products, I Tried To Search Amazon.in Customer Care On The Internet.. But Found A Mobile Number Appeared As 1st Search Result From QUORA.com..Where This Number Was Showing With Some Other Text As If It Was Amazon.in Customer Care Number. I Called And A Guy After Listing My Problem Told Me He Has Send A Hi In Whatrsapp From “8088466507” To Send All Defective Items Pics With Packing Details. So I Did So and Immediately That Guy Told Me That He Will Help Me To Return My Money. But I Have To Fill A Form Which Link He Send Me. At First Look I Found It Suspicious As It Was An Apk Link Called “Customer Support Refund And Service Charge.apk”. So I Told Him To Give Me The App Name Directly, So That I Can Download From Play Store, The App Was “anydesk remote” Which Can Take Control Of Your Mobile / Laptop or Desktop. At That Time I Understood I Was Cheated. Now The Big Question Is How Come A Trusted name like Amazon can deliver such item because these items were clearly looking defective even when Amazon.in received it from Third Party to Deliver. And I Firmly Beleive Amazon Employees And Some Members from Their Financial Department Also Involved In This Sophisticated Cyber Fraud. So, Please Take Action Against All Including Amazon And YouTube And Google Too If Necessary.
