My name is Govind P
And l am an Airtel Postpaid Family plan customer.On 25th December 2020,I registered a complaint with Airtel Customer Care and the Airtel Thanks App ( through Airtel Family Plan Primary Number 8800244099) for not being able to make calls or network access due to the lack of range for me and other numbers included in it.Even when this service is not available due to the trust in the promise of this company, the bill amount of 1188 for these 4 months has come and paid exactly.Therefore, I humbly request the court to refund the amount paid in these 4 months or make this cash service available for the next 4 months and resolve all issues related to this network immediately. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
