I have a complaint reagarding my electricity bill rises very high about 3x

I live in a three story house,but 2 months before from lockdown thier is only one family living with us. Before lockdown their was no high rise in electricity bill,

but the electricity bill of June month was 3x as compared to bill of May month.

I want to complaint that there is a defect in meter reading or something else.
