I have booked the flight ticket on travolook from pune to delhi (airasia) but the flight was cancelled by air asia airlines but travolook people continue to say that flight took of, where as i even took conference call with airasia & travolook they have even gave email confirmation that flight was cancelled & amount has been refunded to travolook account but the travolook people refuse to admit that flight was cancelled & not ready to process refund.
I have mailed 7 times & have 17 calls recording where even today they say flight took off & they cannot process refund as they havent received it from air asia airlines, also the airasia has given transcation id & email that they have process the refund as the flight was cancelled

Hi. I booked a ticket with flighttrotters website paying 1600$, they said the return flight has been cancelled and I need to pay more 280$ to book another flight. They refused to return my money saying that’s non refundable ticket. after paying 280, I had to cancel my ticket as I was sick due to Covid, they gave credits of 1880 for my booking they can;t refund, next time when I wanted to go to India, they asked me another 500$ I paid, the journey has been called off. Now again I booked my paying 800$. EVrytime when I ask them to book with my credits as they ticket price has been lower than my credits they keep saying that’s a different class, so I need to pay more more to book tickets. This time I fed up and asked me to refund. So they sent me an email confirmation that only taxes can be returned. I paid around 3100 and I might get only 770$. This is brutal to run a business like this and looting money from people. This type of business shouldn’t run. Could somebody please help me closing this business and save people money
