Dear sir,
My self Narendra from Badarpur Boarder 40 feet road MB Extn new delhi 110044. I use airtel mobile services and every after 84 days i have to recharge with ₹ 448 for using mobile service with internet service 2g 3g 4g. My mobile is 3g compatible only and using 3g only for 4g. But from last week i called so many times on 198 nd explained my problem, but no 1 is taking any action on this issue. Customer care guy told me that 2g nd 4g network is excellent but 3g is not good in my location. So he registered my complaint nd suggested ur problem will be short out very soon nd also netwine engineer will called u. They all are making fun with customer condition and giving the wrong information for delaying. I also asked that do the airtel provide on 2g and 4g services to the customers. They said no sir 3g is also provide nd our team will contact to u with 24 hours. But no one called me till today. Network is not available inside the home. Nd they showing on tv the best network provider in india. My complaint no is this which i raised on 20th of june. C4GSP20620625293
