On 28/05/2021 and 30/05/2021 Coda Payments tried to transact money from my account through phone pay but failed to do so almost 15 times due to incorrect UPI pin.
On 11/07/2021 Rs.800/- was debited to Coda Payments through Phone pay without my knowledge and they continued to do so till 19/07/2021 total amount debited is 32,480/- it’s a fraud as this all happened without my knowledge and there was not a single message from bank of money being debited.
I kindly request to take necessarily action on Coda Payments as it’s a fraud .
I kindly request bank to refund my money back on my account.
