Ordered the product online and was delivered but product is not working and it is defective. The same was intimated on 21st (after immediately of delivery) and sending the reminders for replacement. Nobody is replying for the same. Mail snap and invoice snap is attached. I have a trailing mail details and if need, can share the whole mails.
The person who cam for the delivery, the payment made to him thru gpay.
