I’ve spoken to airtel customer service people and their supervisors and everytime I’ve been assured that there’s a technical problem due to which my rental is showing as 775 instead of the actual 440. I’m getting a message every 15 days that my rental is due. This month also I’ve paid my bill on 8th July after assurance from the supervisor Sreesha that the actual due date should be 15th but since they can’t refund twice on the same month if I pay on 8th July my next due date will be 8th august. This is the message i got today

When I ask for a written confirmation they don1send it. This is cheating on account of airtel. I want a permanent solution to this.
