Dear Sir
With reference to the complain no. 24250697/ Issue : No Signal- All Channels. On 23rd May, 2020, I had complain regarding no signal on all channels through Airtel App and also complain at airtel dth Customer care and stated the code i.e. B001, which is shown in my TV screen, thereafter on the same day the complain was lodged and given assurance from airtel that same will be resolved on 24th May,2020 but neither anyone came nor called me up for the same.
Again on 24th,May,2020, I had complain before airtel Dth customer care that no one came from your side for repair the dth, once again assurance was given from airtel that same will be resolve by 25th May,2020, but neither anyone has came nor called me up. I had once again called up at airtel customer care but still same kind of respose had been given and till date no response for resolution.
