Text of Complaint by Vamshi krishna:

On 18 December 12:21am and 12:28ammade two UPI payments to OkWin using PhonePe: one of ₹20,000 with utr 099500547111 and another of ₹10,000 with utr 558369917007 . PhonePe shows both transactions as successful and the money was debited from my bank account. However, OkWin did not credit these amounts to my OkWin account and keeps rejecting my support requests.
I have already contacted PhonePe and they have opened an escalation ticket (ID: 536402746) and will update me, but so far my ₹30,000 has not been returned or credited. I suspect fraud and request help to recover both payments or get a chargeback.
