We are registered our business with Just dial by having a 3 years contract in 2021. Local marketing team approached us by saying that our contract is expired in Dec 2022. our manager thought that it is really expired and went for 1 year contract. Later on he got to know that we have existing 3 years contract. JD team is doing this kind of fraud by approaching us even though we have 3 years of contract.
We have reported an issue with my leads which are not appearing from
08/12/2022.
We have followed up with local JD team members and they are not responding
properly. I have escalated with their marketing team and they are wasting all of our time and valuable resources.
we are not getting leads from past 45 days and we are loosing much of business as well.
Kindly do the needful.
