My cibil is reflecting a consumer loan account active from 2020 for an amount of 64,000. I do not have any such loan ongoing.
Just to double check, I checked Capital Float and Karur Vysya website login to verify the information and noticed that i do not have any accounts on either of the websites with my registered number 9711418719 as well as my email ID gaurav.b.jbp@gmail.com. I have the same number and email ID for my CIBIL.
Please assist.
