I had registered for a new broadband connection 22nd July . Full payment of ₹3532 was done on the same day . The providers nearby called me and said there is no service available at my location due to particular reasons and refund will be initiated in 7 days . I waited 7 days when I called back there wasn’t any response from those people and I had call to customer care . On 28th July cancellation was done after 6 days of waiting . It was complete mistake happened from airtel . Then I was asked to wait again 7 more days and refund will be done . As it was my need I had to forcefully wait till 7 days was over thinking refund will be done but it didn’t when I called Airtel customer care….I was asked wait few more days and send a mail to customer care. Do I deserve this level of treat from Airtel ??? I payed money and now I have to wait for them to refund it bcz it was mistake from their side .
