Since last one week, I have filed complaint 3 times that I am getting poor internet connectivity (This problem had happened for the first time in last 4 years) in my mobile phone and because of that I am losing my money in stock market. So first I called on 198 helpline no. but AI system is compulsory asking to use my jio app and in that go to jio help. But if there is not internet how any one can use that app. So then I requested 3 times to solve this issue using support portal ‘https://www.jio.com/en-in/help-support/email-us’ through my company’s PC. But even after 1 week, the issue is not solved. So I am kindly request you to solve problem otherwise I will have to switch to another operator.
