AIRTEL COMPANY HIGHER AUTHORITY
IT IS A COMPLAIN REGARDING VERY RUDE AND MISBEHAVE FROM A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF AIRTEL AND ALSO 2 TIMES FALSE DEDUCTION WITH NO RECHARGE TO MY AGE OLD SENIOR CITIZEN FATHER WITH NO 90385 42720.
I AM A GAZETTED OFFICER AND HIS SON.
1) 1ST COMPLAINT:
I SENT MAIL TO AIRTEL MENTIONING THAT TODAY I TRIED TO RECHARGE MY FATHER’S BASIC PHONE AND 2 TIMES RS 49 WAS DEDUCTED. IT WAS BANK OF BARODA, B T ROAD BRANCH, KOLKATA AND DEBIT CARD WAS USED THROUGH ONLINE RECHARGE FROM AIRTEL.IN
3 TRANSACTION ID WITH DEDUCTION, DETAILS BANK STATEMENTS WERE IN SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.3 SEPERATE TIME HAS ALSO MENTIONED, ON 10TH AUGUST, 2020 MORNING.
PLEASE RETURN RS 49+RS 49 OF MY AGED SENIOR CITIZEN FATHER AND GIVE A RELIEF FROM MENTAL AGONY. DON’T CREATE ANY MENTAL PRESSURE, DURING THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD.
2) 2ND COMPLAINT:
ON 10TH AUGUST, 2020 AT 11.46 AM, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 81674 39774 SAYING THAT HE IS AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE AND ASKING MY CARD NO. WHEN I REJECTED TO SAY MY CARD NO AS PER RBI RULE, HE STARTED SAYING VERY BAD RUBBISH UNUTTERABLE WORDS MENTIONING TO MY MOTHER.CALL RECEIVED BY ME IN MY PERSONAL NO: 83350-36734 AND MENTIONING THAT HE IS FROM AIRTEL.
LET ME KNOW OFFICIALLY, IS IT THE BEHAVIOUR EXPECTED FROM AIRTEL?
WILL YOU RETURN MY FATHER;S MONEY OR NOT, LET ME KNOW.
WHO GIVES THIS INDULGENCE TO SAY THOSE WORDS TO A VALUED CUSTOMER OF INDIA, SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
PLEASE LET KNOW THE FATE OF THOSE ABOVE 2 COMPLAINTS OR OTHERWISE I HAVE THINK TWICE.
