I am a gazetted officer and my father is 78 years senior citizen.he uses basic phone.
Yesterday his validity was ended and Today morning I recharge fir extension.

1st recharge
10/08/20..Time..06.50.41..Money deducted but not recharged
2nd recharge
10/08/20..Time..06.59.18..Again money deducted and not recharged
3rd recharge becomes successful.
immediately return Rs 49+49=Rs 98 within 6 hours.
