i am a gazetted officer of wb and my father is 78 years aged person who uses airtel prepaid with no 90385 42720
series of harresment
since 10th august i am sending several mails regarding return of Rs 98 (Rs 49 for 2 times recharge deduction done and balance deducted and validity not extended) and airtel is misbehaving with an aged person and now he is mental agony.
all proofs are with me and who are the persons called him and gave the assurance to return money are also with me.
several fraud call he has to receive in the name of airtel and i subsequently reported to airtel and it has not been stopped yet.
how, information is going outside from mail, is a serious questions and subject matter of cyber crime also.
but, after 2 times false deduction on 10th august and several assurance given from airtel, Rs 98 has not been returned yet.
background of harassment to78 yrs aged person
on 10th august, morning, after 6.45 am roughly, i, his son, tried through airtel.in, to extend validity. 2 times i tried and 2 times Rs 49 and Rs 49 were deducted from my account. Then at 3rd time, recharge done.
assurance from airtel
after complaining through mail, he received sms and i received mail with assurance that Rs 98 will be returned within 7 days or 10 days i.e. within 20th august 2020. then i called on 20th august i talked to airtel and they falsely told, money has returned and if not, to provide passbook.
fraud calls in the name of airtel
from that day, i and my father are receiving calls in the name of airtel and asked to say either download app or to provide card no or etc cyber crime related queries.i make mails to airtel and it has not stopped yet.

Complain and request from an aged person of 78 years
Please return immediately the false deducted amount of Rs 49 for 2 times as he is mental agony and we are complaining since 10th august through mail and call.
