JOLLY EYES – I have been seen their advertisement in social media (Facebook) regarding 3 IN 1 MAGNETIC POLARIZED SUNGLASSES for INR799. I have gone through their website and placed the Order as COD.ON 20.01.2024, with order No. 1127522 and invoice No.retail 20111, I have received the courier on 24.01.2024 from DELHIVERY WITH COMPLETELY WRONG PRODUCT. I have paid the amount, opened the Box I was totally disappointed that JOLLY EYES has cheated me by sending Wrong Cheap Product (CHEAP GLASS) . Immediately, I have raised complaint and forwarded mail to Mr.Abhishek ([email protected]). He asked me to forward the details and to attach the photographs in PDF Format. I have sent him with all the details with photos. Till today there was no response from JOLLY EYES/Mr.Abhishek.
So I request this FORUM to take strict action against JOLLY EYES and ask him/them to REFUND MY MONEY at the earliest.
