My number is 9812077109. I had Rs 249 pack with 1.5 gb data and unlimited calls. On May 19th additionally I recharged 3 gb data pack for Rs 48 with 28 days expiry so that I have more gb data to use. However I have been able to use that 3 gb data pack only for two days. Also in airtel app under data balance I see a 5 gb data offer which I do not want because that also does not work. Please reset my 3 gb data pack so that I can use it as I planned.
