I purchased two face from Amazon India in May 10, and the product were delivered after 7 days. After opening the package it appeared that both the face shield were defective and full of scratches and used. They are not in usable condition. I enclose the invoice and the photo copy of the face shield. I lodged the complaint earlier but nothing was happened till date. On the contrary one person called me from a number +91 9129942770 to day and asked me whether I lodged complaint about the face shield and started abusing me with rough and slang language. Kindly see.
