Despite the fact that my mother, a senior citizen, is 75 years old (Name : Minati Banerjee
Phone number : 9674053285 ) and has difficulty walking.
According to Vodafone Care, we go to the vodafone mini-store ( 280, Diamond Harbour Road;opp 14 no bus stand; near Sonamati restaurant ; number of store given: 9830026821, 9830870358) there twice on Saturday 21.8.21and Wednesday 25.8.21 to convert sim 2G to 4G. My mother and I went to the Vodafone Mini Store to convert 2G to 4G SIM. My mother has made it with great difficulties. Given Rs 379 also.
Despite repeated visits, it didn’t work. They said to give the papers, everything has been given, but sim card is not working till now.
