Text of Complaint by Akash:

I’ve lost my courier worth of 28 Kgs of worth atleast one lakh, during shipment from Indore to Bangalore. I have lost my whole luggage and I need a proper response to this negligence.

First, during shipment I was not at all told if there is insurance on my luggage or not and even in the invoice there was no tick under the risk coverage if it’s at the owner’s risk. There was no communication regarding it as well during shipment. My luggage was taken from my room and I’ve been sent with an invoice. I assume if it is that large of a shipment, I should at least be informed if the courier includes the insurance or not. Now they’ve lost my luggage apparently in an accident. Now either they are not retrieving my items nor they’re willing to compensate for their negligence and harassment.
