Text of Complaint by Akashdeep Mishra:

 I have faced inconvenience and data loss cause of the policy changes in work from home pack and my data got expired the same day I recharged with my expiring base plan in my jio 9140854475. Custormer care reps informed that the work from home policy had changed and the data plan validity was current plan so expired with expiring base pack. This was a loophole in their policy which cause data loss to any customer who will recharge on the last day of the plan.
I now see that the work from home plan policy is again changed to overcome this issue and is now valid for 30 days.
But nothing has been done for my 251 recharge that lapsed same day because of a loop hole in the changed policy.
I think jio should give back my data with  validity. Please find screenshot attached for reference.
