Hi,
I recharged my prepaid number with the amount of Rs. 1498, which provided 365 Days validity, 24 GB Data, Unlimited Local, STD & Roaming calls and 3600 SMS. Things were credited on the day of recharge i.e on 21-June-2020.
I have a Wifi connection at home hence use mobile data on & off, hence had a plan of making the 24 GB to run for at least 6 – 8 Months. But on 18th July 2020, I discovered that I am left with only 55MB of data. Hence tried reaching all the possible Airtel helpline numbers just to understand, where the data was used. But every time I try to speak to an executive I end up with IVR. Hence placed couple of mails to 121@in.airtel.com, everytime they revert with a reply as below:
“Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to us. We’d love to help you with your query.
We’d need some more information. Dial 121 now to speak to your Airtel experience advisor. We look forward to connecting with you.
Team Airtel”
I am helpless as I tried all the following numbers 121, 9810198101, 984509845, 198, 12150, 080-4444-8080 none where useful as I am interacting with a machine.
Airtel was one fo the best in service & quality but now this situation made me rethink.
