I bought a 20 TB external hard drive, from BANLING International order # 1782 and it was delivered on 2 January, 2025.
Only 50 Gib of 20 TB disk space can be used. No more data than 50 Gib can be written to the disk. After a lot of tests I gave it up and I want to send back the disk and get back my money. Please help me!
