Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the complete lack of attention given to my request for a name change on my electricity bill. It has been an intolerable two years, and it is utterly unacceptable that you have failed to address such a basic and necessary task. Your incompetence and indifference are astonishing. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter, followed by a written confirmation of the change within the next seven days. Failure to take adequate action will leave me with no choice but to escalate this to higher authorities and pursue legal action for this unforgivable negligence.
