Airtel home service is a fraud. I have taken two add on SIM cards from Airtel and it has been two weeks now and SIM card is not yet activated. The executive came to the house and collected the Adhaar card and photographs. Now customer care is saying they have no information and to go to the showroom to resolve my problem. This has created a great deal of inconvenience .
