I have received damage product indoor ac unit from Flipkart and replace the same with new product. But again 2nd time I have also received damage indoor unit.After that I did complain that again replace item received damage indoor AC unit on Flipkart customer care on 15th May 2023. And Customer care person lied to me on call that damage product return request raised and refund amount will be process. But Flipkart customer care person still didn’t raised the issue. Multiple times I am complaining but still product not return by filpkart and my amount not refunded.
