I purchased a Lenovo laptop. Got it on the 18th Jan. Many keys in the keyboard were not working. I placed 1 return, it got canceled. On contacting again, the team said they were not able to place a request now due to some technical error. The error was there for 3 days. Then the person from the senior team took my account number and Ifsc code and assured me that I’ll get the full refund, and after that, the pickup would be placed, I talked to him for 50 mins, only to know later that there is no such request placed, and that there is no policy to do this. He asked me to wait for 7 days, i did. In between, i try talking to the senior team, but they were not available, they assured me of a call back from them, never received one.
I then contacted the Grievacne through the mail, and they placed the return with seller approval, no one came to pick up the product, instead, I got a call saying that ‘I have refused to give the product as I was satisfied’, I denied it, and no action was taken, the return was canceled. I did the same thing again, contacted the Grievemn, and exact same thing happened again.
I contacted the grievance team for the third time, and it’s been 72 hours, and I haven’t got any reply from them. I have written 2 more emails after that, same, no response.

I’m fed up, and completely exhausted. I have ordered 10 laptops and mobile phones from Flipkart earlier but never had this horrible fraud experience.
