Flipkart is selling used phones to their customers and the customers are not aware of where that phones were used. Customers order phones on 25 August 2022 and were delivered on 26 August 2022 at 3:50 pm. According to the billing date warranty product warranty is 26 August 2023 Samsung service center {MOBILE CLINIC} 1st floor RAM DAS SHARMA COMPLAX HOSHIYARPUR, NOIDA G.B NAGAR Customer care officer Swati Singh 8 August 2023 @17:14:37 according to her our product warranty was expired on 27/06/2023. but according to the Samsung service center phone was activated on 27/06/2022 and the warranty was on 27/06/2023 by the Samsung service center.
SO THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO KNOW WHERE THAT PHONE WAS USED, AND WHAT IF THIS PHONE WAS USED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THEN WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE OF IT I’M VERY DEPRESSED.
