I had ordered a ting pai 2 in 1 vaccum cleaner for Rs 999 via order no EZ155650. It was delivered yesterday. Upon opening the box, the product inside is found to be one part broken, and all components either scratched or visibly seeming to be of 3rd grade plastic.
I called up their support number which just rings but no one picks. Also emailed for replacement to their support email but to no avail.
It’s really worst product. It’s not working at all. They are fooling us by advertising false product
