I made a withdrawal request of rs16000 through gpay wallet. But it has been more than a week and I haven’t received the amount. I had mailed their customer support but apart from generating ticket I’d there is no further response. Called the customer support but they are saying that your payment is processed and you will receive the money if not yet received. I had also shared my bank statement of that whole month. Please help. I am in need of money.
