I am filing this complaint against 1xBet (online betting platform) for deficiency of service, unfair trade practice, and misrepresentation.
Issue Summary
I initiated a withdrawal of ₹5,100 INR through IMPS on the 1xBet platform.
E-Transfer No.: 4262410539
Amount: ₹5,100 INR
Mode: IMPS
Status shown by 1xBet: Paid out / Successful
Actual bank credit: NOT RECEIVED
Despite showing the withdrawal as “paid out,” no money has been credited to my bank account even after 7 days.
False UTR & Misrepresentation
1xBet repeatedly claims that the withdrawal was successful and keeps sharing the same reference number:
UTR: INDBH15123796490
However:
My bank (Jio Payments Bank) has provided written confirmation that no such IMPS transaction exists
The above UTR is not traceable and not verifiable in the banking system
The bank confirmed that the failure is not on the receiving bank’s side and advised to check with the sender’s bank
Despite sharing this bank confirmation, 1xBet continues to:
Repeat the same false statement
Ignore bank proof
Close support tickets without resolution
